Picture this...

Michael going to sleep on the boat. His bedtime buddy is his rugby ball from Grampa. Request with much urgency: "ball, ball, ball". "what ball?". "papa u-bee-bee ball". Ahh, the rugby from Grampa!! Ball is located, put in his bed, tucked in under the blankets next to Michael's head. "night night Michael". "night night mama". Then a sudden realization of another important party in the mix, turning suddenly to his rugby ball: "night night u-bee-bee ball", then a spontaneous kiss to the ball followed by a massive grin. And so goes the boat bedtime ritual :-)

Maxine on the other hand is all about giant grins! Everytime we walk in to get her after a nap you'd swear she just spotted the funniest thing on earth...well, maybe she does :-) She has such a wide mouth happy smile that makes you feel like the greatest person on the planet. How such a tiny tot has such a huge impact never ceases to amaze me :-) Sye doesn't even cry when she wakes. She just stirs, hangs out & gurgles.
